Training: Mountview Theatre School. Theatre whilst traning: Tony toured in several productions before appearing in the tour of Les Miserables in Manchester. It was during the run of this show that he was chosen by Cameron Mackintosh to take over the role of 'Thenardier' at The Palace Theatre and was subsequently asked to join the West End cast of Cats. Theatre: 'Pontius Pilot' in Jesus Christ Superstar (National Tour); 'The Father' in Twopence To Cross The Mersey (Liverpool Empire); 'The Steward' in Into The Woods (The Donmar); Northern Exposure (West Yorkshire Playhouse); 'Cratchitt' in Scrooge (Manchester Library Theatre); Come Dancing and Hansel and Gretel (Theatre Royal, Stratford East); 'Kenneth' in Cleo Camping (Watford Palace); 'Shanks' in Habeus Corpus (Northampton); 'Tringham' in Tess of The D'urbervilles (Derby); Singin' In The Rain (National Theatre); 'Harold' in The Full Monty (The Prince Of Wales Theatre) and most recently 'Sir Belvedere' in Spamalot (The Palace Theatre). Television: Judge John Deed; Footballers' Wives; Powers; Look and Read – Spywatch; Grafters; The Bill and Brookside. Films: 4 More Hours and Over the Edge. Tony most recently played the 'Judge' in Lost In The Stars (BBC 3) with the BBC Symphony Orchestra (The Queen Elizabeth Hall). He has also appeared in the videos of the 10th Anniversary Les Miserables Concert (The Albert Hall), Cats and Hey Mr. Producer.
