Elliot trained at Performers College, graduating with teaching qualifications.

Theatre: Assistant Choreographer and Dance Captain/Swing on the UK tour of the Take That musical Never Forget; Dance Captain/Swing on Never Forget (Savoy Theatre, London); Assistant Choreographer on West Side Story (Dalhalla, Sweden); 'Ensemble' in 42nd Street (UK Tour); 'Wizard of Oz' and Dance Captain on Wayne Sleep's Dick Whittington. Elliot has appeared in the West End production of Saturday Night Fever, was Swing and Dance Captain on the UK Tour and Resident Director, Assistant Choreographer and Dance Captain on the Asian Tour. He was Swing in Starlight Express (Bochum, Germany); 'Slightly' in Peter Pan (Leicester Haymarket); 'Matt' in Grease (UK Tour) and Grease (Japan).

Elliot is Assistant Choreographer for First Choice Holiday Villages worldwide. He has also worked as Assistant Choreographer to Arlene Phillips on her stage production of Bratz – Passion for Fashion tour, and also assisted Arlene in her search for a new singing/dance group for the BBC programme Dance X.

Television: Top of the Pops; Happy Birthday Peter (ZDF); Talking Telephone Numbers; Days Like These; The Disney Channel; Des O'Connor Tonight; Fame School documentary as a featured subject (Meridian) and with the Saturday Night Fever cast on Discomania (ITV).

Elliot's commercial work includes Diesel launch party; Wow! Let's Dance video (Vols 3 & 4); Route of Kings with Cliff Richard and 2000 with Steps at Hyde Park and road shows for Essex FM and Lincs FM.
