Hairspray

Training: Catherine was born in North Yorkshire and trained at The Northern Ballet School.

After graduating she went on to tour the world dancing on various cruise ships including Celebrity and Norwegian Cruise Lines.

Theatre: ‘Ensemble’ and cover for ‘Cha Cha’ and ‘Miss Lynch’ in Grease (UK tour); ‘Miss Lynch’, cover ‘Rizzo’ and ‘Jan’ and Assistant Dance Captain in Grease (Victoria Palace and Japan National tour); ‘Red Riding Hood’ in Big Bad Wolf (The Castle, Wellingborgh); ‘Donna’ and cover ‘Annette’ and ‘Flo’ in Saturday Night Fever (UK tour); ‘Cutie Singleton’ in Guys And Dolls (Piccadilly Theatre); ‘Ensemble’ in original cast of Imagine This (Plymouth, Theatre Royal); ‘Gertie Cummings’ in Oklahoma (Kilworth Theatre).

Catherine is thrilled to be joining the cast of Hairspray and would like to thank her Mum and Dad for their amazing support and her boyfriend Dean for being the best friend anyone could wish for!!
